A Little About Us
We work with our clients to make them aware of the design possibilities associated with polystyrene foam. We love developing innovative and alternative solutions to overcome design obstacles. We are constantly exploring and testing new machinery, software and materials to aid us in producing items of the highest quality.
Our Location
We are one of the few companies of its kind servicing organisations and individuals in Ireland, the UK and Europe. We are based in the North-East of Ireland and located, conveniently, on the motorway network allowing us to deliver quickly to our clients with tight deadlines.
Our Facilities
Our large workshop houses our Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines which we use to cut large foam blocks into virtually any shape or size. We use CAD and print design software to generate the artwork and our machines then cut the desired shapes. From here, it moves to our finishing department and quality control, before packing and dispatch. Our workshop is also equipped for the associated fabrication required for certain projects (i.e. metal/wooden support structures).

Our team have various backgrounds in construction, engineering, print design and marketing so we speak your language. With our skills and 15+ years experience, we can provide you with informed solutions for your brief and advice where needed.
